STAFF COMMENTS Director Carson addressed cancelled meetings, Rohr Park Master Plan public workshops, Parks and Recreation Master Plan, possibility of June special meeting for National Recreation and Park Association park grant and confirmed question on “Proposed Air LIBRA Development Project” fell through. 6. CHAIR COMMENTS Acting Chair Zarem followed up on Heritage Park pond clean up, construction equipment at Greg Cox Bike Park, Hilltop Dog Park, Music in the Park, Movies in the Park, future park openings, Gaylord Resort, Otay Valley Regional Park (OVRP) 7. COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS Commissioner Enriquez addressed effects of Measure P and suggested events to activate parks Commissioner Rodriguez raised concerns of commission not being informed of other major park events from neighboring jurisdictions. 8.
