MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED REGULAR IĆTING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, CHULA VISTA, CALIFORrIJ.,
HELD MARCH 8,1927.
The Board met pursuant to adjournment, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall,
on the above date, with President Peters presiding. Meeting called to order at 7.30 p.m.
Present. Trustees Peters, Scott, Lyons, Wentworth, Barnes.
PLANNING COMMISSION. The resignation of Mr. George E. Geyer, as a member of the
Citr Planning Commission was read, and upon motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Scott,
which carried, the resignation.as accepted, the clerk to write Mr. Geyer a letter, regret-
ting the loss to the Planning Commission by the resignation; also, to thank Mr. Geyer
for the servioe he has rendered.

PLUM3ER'S BOND. The bond of E. L. Archambeau as a master plumber, upon the apprcval
of the City Attoruey, was accepted on motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Lyons, which
carried.
ORDINANCE NO. 162. Upon motion by Mr. Wentworth, seconded by Mr. Barnes, which
cs.rried, Ordinance No. 162 was placed on its second and final reading. The ordinance
was read, and upon motion by Mr. Scott, seconded by Mr. Wentworth, it 1I'8s passed, adopted
and approved, as read, by the following vote, to-wit. AYES. Trustees Soott, Lyons,
Wentworth, Barnes, Peters. NOES. None. ABSENT. None.
ORDINANCE No. 1631 Upon motion by Mr. Wentworth, seconded by Mr. Scott, whioh
carried. Ordinance No. 163 was plaoed on its second and final reading. Before the ordin-
ance was read, Mr. R. M. Pray asked that certain changes be made in the Zoning )(ap, this
ordinance being known as the zoning ordinance. The various angles were discussed, and
Dr. Scott, seconded by Mr. Barnes, moved that the soningmap be accepted and adopted as
presented and recommended by the Planning Commission, without fUrther changes. 'Phe motion
carried by the following vote, to-wit: AYBS. Trustees Scott, Lyons, Wentworth, Barnes.
NOES. Trustee Peters. ABSENT. None. The ordinance was then read, and it was paned, adopted
and approved, as read, upon motion by Mr. Scott, seconded by Mr. Wentworth, which carried
by the following vote, to-wit. AYES. Trustees Scott, Lyons, Wentworth, Barnes, Peters.
NOES. None. ABSENT. None.
ORDINANCE No. 164. Upon motion by Mr. Scott, seconded by Mr. Lyons, which carried,
Ordinance No. 164 was placed on its first reading. This is an ordinance that places any
business district that may be established, automatically in the inner fire district.
ORDINANCE No. 165: Upon motion by Mr. Lyons, seconded by Mr. Barnes, which carried,
Ordinance No. 165 was plaoed on its first reading. This is an ordinance authorizing
the S. D. ,. A. R3. Co., to make changes in th8ir tracks near third Avenue and K Street.

BILLS PAID. Upon motion by Mr. Scott, seconded by Mr. Wentworth, which carried,
