The way this plan is now presented it intrudes on more than half of Arizona Street to
the north. This street is paved with curbs on both south and north sides. There is a
fence around this property south of the curb. When school is in session Sweetwater
daily drives buses from and to their property to the west along this street section. If
new owners are revising plans to exclude this intrusion this is good news. SUHSD use
has gone on over 10 years so if the city is not claiming this property as a street which
they paved and installed curbs on after annexation it clearly belongs to SUSD now
according to state law, since it apparently was abandoned by city when they initially
approved this project.. Neutral
