WBEREAS,,by Its Resolution of Intention duly passed and adopted on thel 7th. day of February, -1928, it was resolved by the City Counci 1 of t City of Chula Vista, in the County 'of San Diego, State of California] 11 0 that the public interest and convenience of said City required the follow- ing public work to be done in said City; and said Council did by dte Resolution of Intention declare its intention to order the follow.'ng public %vorktin said City, to -wit; The closing up of those portions of 0-0- _,in said City of Chula Vista, California, described as follows. IT IS THEREFORE HEREBY RESojVED, DETERminr AND ORDERED,that as described in and being parcel 2 aforesaid in said City are hereby closed and vacated.
