RESOLUTION NO. 2024-001
RESOLUTION OF THE PRIVACY PROTECTION AND
TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA SETTING THE DAY, TIME, AND LOCATION
OF REGULAR MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Chula Vista Municipal Code Sections 2.25.200 and 2.65.060 require the
Privacy Protection and Technology Advisory Commission to set the date, time, and location of its
regular meetings by written resolution; and
WHEREAS, Chula Vista Municipal Code Section 2.65.060 requires at least one regular
meeting every other month through December 31, 2024, and then one regular meeting quarterly
thereafter; and
WHEREAS, the Privacy Protection and Technology Advisory Commission wishes to set
its regular meeting day, time, and location for 2024 as March 11, May 6, July 1, August 5, October
7, and December 2, for calendar year 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Privacy Protection and Technology
Advisory Commission of the City of Chula Vista, pursuant to Municipal Code §§ 2.25.200 and
2.65.060, does hereby set the day, time, and location of its regular meetings to City Hall, Building
C, Room 111/112.
