is a resolution approving, confir~aing and accepting the diagram of the above entitled

Water Filter: The clerk was in~tructed to purchase a water filter fr~a the
A. H. Skinner Cc.~pany, at a cost of $6.~0, to be used in the City ~a~! building. This
class of filter purchased on the reCo~nendation of the City Health offiser.
II~ANCE ON ~0TOR V~IC~.~: The clerk was instructed to advertise for bids
for furnishing insurance protecting the city f~c~ liability for any d-m-~e caused by
the city vehicles, or vehicles of employes when used in the city business; under the
provisions of the new law on this subject wh~h becomes effective Aug. 14, 1929.

SEWER SYS~: Upon reco_,~Andation fo the Sewer Inspector, and upon motion by
01. Hawkins, seconded by Cl. Lyon~, which carried, it was decided to have the sewer Tlueh
tanks shut off, temporarily, and if found that they are not needed, to shut them off
per~-ently.
