RESIGI~ATION ~ CIT~ ENGIN~: City ~gineer W. B. Capwell presented his resig-
nation as ~ueh city e~ginser to beo~ effective 2uly 1, 19~O. His reasons fey pre-
senting the resi~nation were his age, and that he desired to tak~ a ~ip bask east
in the near future. Ha vas asked by the ~ounoil if a two months leave of absense
in c~'dar that he m~ht make tbs trip oa~t, would not ~uffiee, ~n~tead of reei~in~.
