Located at 740 Hilltop Drive (APN: 574-281-41) Environmental Notice: The Project qualifies for a Class 3 Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA) State Guidelines. Recommended Action: Conduct a public hearing and adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP22-0044), based upon the required findings and subject to the conditions contained therein. 6.
