Upon motion byS1, Howe, seconded by Oon~rss which nsrrieds the bid of tho Peroy ~oodwin~ce~any, of ~756,48s was accepted, and tho clerk authorized to re~urnall oheoko whinh Had been an~nitted by bidders to tho unweeo~meful bidders, a~d hold the certified cheek of the successful bidder.
