CI'YXC CEN~R: Discussion was held relative to the necessity of including a new libreA-y in the prup=sed Civic 0enter plane. 0ity Manager Ray said that the Building Co~ttee had held two meeting, ~d that Mrs.P~ay, representing the library, Ba~ ~one o~ roee~ as favox~ the inclusion of a new librax~y in the group. Mr.l~ay further stated that ~en he ~-~ City Attorney Higgs had gene to Los Angeles to oonfe~ with Mr.Beebe, the attorney h~dli~g the bond question for the city, a quick decisien was mandatory as to whethe~ the Civi~ Center group should be one building, or sevex~.l, and, that the decision w~s that the Civic Center should be one ~Allding, end e~ould house the library as well ~$ other city offices.
