Absent: ¢ounci~m~n ~Arnside. Minutes of the Regular meeting held January 14, 1946, and of the adjourned regula~ meetingS held tanuary 280 and Februa:y 40 1946, having been prepared and mailed to each me~ber of the council, were approred as prepared and mailed. ROBEg~A~ PARK S~SDi*V~IC~,:, Plans, px~files and specifications for the improvement of the streets within Uni$ One of a prepose~ Subdivision to be called 'l~berta Park" were submitted to the council. Upon motion by Counsil..AB Riesland, seconded by Councilman Eldder, which carried, the plans, profiles and specificati~n~ mere approved, ~abJeot to the approval of the 8tats Hig~ l~epartment of the work to he doze on National Avenue, and, subject further to the filing of a bond by the owner to the City, guaranteeing c~2letion of ~prov~nsnts as set forth. This bond to be on a basis of ~5.00 per running foot for curbs and sidewaSts, and 15 cents per square foot for all areas to be paved. GASOISI~E B_rn~ Bids for the furnishing of gasoline for the year starting M~*~h 1, 1946, were received from six (6) of the major companies. The bid of the Richfield 0il Company to supply non-premi~a ~asoline for 10.8 cents per gallon, and premiv~ ~asoline at 11.8 cents per gallon, being the lowest submitted, it was moved by CounciI'~B Ki~der~ seconded by Councll,.-B Ch-ac, and eax':ied, that the City M.~ger negotiate a contract in accordance with the bid submitted.
