DIVISION OF FUNDS: Upon motion by Cl. Brown, seconded by Cl. Lyons, which csx
the funds received fc~ fines and forfeitures for violation of Sec. 367-D, Penal Code,
will be taken up on the financial records of the city, viz: ~0% im the Gneral ruud,
