Present. councilmen Keithley, Burnside, Howe, Riesl.md, Kidder.

Before the vote was taken on the above stated qualifica-
tions, councilman ttowe remarked that, in his opinion, the man must
be first and foremost ~ en~ineer, ~, ~s to his other ~ualific~-

viev~ ~'~s concurred in by Councilman B~nside ~l~o. ~ vote on the
adoption of th~ ~bove ~entioned .~ ~lifications v~s as follo~:s:
