Abas~t: None. RESOLUTION N0.$72. CONSOLIDATING P~ECINCTS AND APPOINTING 0FI~ICER~ FC~ THE P~gGULAR ~dNIOi~7~ EI~OTION TO BE HE~D ~x~RIL 11, 19A~. Coumcilm-~ Timmons offered Resolution No.$72. The Resolution was read in full a~d was passed, adopted aud approved by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes: Councilman Timmoms, ~erkins, Burnside, Kidder, Howe. Noes: None. Absent: None. ~OLUTION N0e675.: REQUESTING PROPORTION~LTE ~ OF THE ~PEOIAL ROAD Ii~PI~0~T F01~M$ FRC~ THE COUNTY BOARD OF SIIP~'IBORS. Councilm-~ l~rkf~ offered Resolution No.6?S. ~he ~solution wa~ read in full ~ud was ~ssed, adopted a~d approved by the followimg vote, to-wit: Ayes: Cou~cil~u Perkins, B~rnside, ~idder, HOwe, Timmons. Noes: None. Absent: None. ORDINANCE N0.B2~: AMenDING ORDINANCE N0.$00 PROVI~ING FOR THE LIC~l-~G GF u~ OCCUPATIONS AND Upon motion by Councilman Timmons, seconded by Councilman Kidder, which carried, Ordin~mce No.BP~ was placed on its second end final reading. The heading of the 0~dinauce was read in full, a~d on motion by CounciLmen · Tlmmons, seconded by Councilman Burnside, which carried, further reading of the text was waived. The Ordinance was in the exact form as when placed on its first reading, and was passed, adopted and approved by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes: Councilm~u Timons, Perkins, Burnside, Kidder, Howe. Noes: None. Absent: None. 0R~INANCE N0.~B: REGUIJ~TING ~l~E SALE OR DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL On motion by Councl~n Burnside, seconded by Councilm~n Perkins, which carried, Ordinance No.B~B wes placed on its first reading. The 0rdinence was read in fall. GLOV~ ~f~l' ~N. CE: ~r.Tompkins eppeared before the Council with a ~equest that the City eccept a Deed to Glover Street in Y~ot 8, Q~arter- section 1B~o Also a ~A~t alley in the same lot. 0~ motion by Councilm-~ Tirmmons, seconded by Councilmen Burnside, ~aich carried, it was moved that when proper deeds were presemted to the Council, the city would accept Glove~ Street and oil same, providing a thirty foot strip were deeded, allowing Devidson Btreet to be cut through at rig1~t angles to the southerly extension of Glover Street. Also that the alley would be accepted, but not oiled by the city. The motion was duly carried.
