The Ootmcil met in the 0ou~cil Ohambers of the Oity Hall on
the above date, at 10 o'clock A.M. ml~h Mayor Howe presiding. Present:
Councilmen Howe, Perkins, Burnside, ~. Absent: Councilm~n Kidder,
ORDINANCE N0.3P~: Cm motion by Oouncilm-n Timmons, seconded by
Councilman B~mmside, which carried, Ordinance No.32~ was placed on its
second and final reading. The 0rdinanca was read in full, and was in the
exact foxln as when place~ on its first reading December 13, 1943, a~d was
passed, adopted and approved by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes:
Councilmen T4w~ons, Perkins, Burnside, Howe. Noes: None: Absent:
Councilm-n Kidder.

LIBRARY LEAE~: Mayor Howe reported that the Library
officially met ~o consider necessary repairs to prevent further flo~ling of the
basement in the Library and had repor+.ed their findings to him.
On motion by 0ouncilmen T4wm~ns, seconded by Oounci~.-m Burnside,
which ca~ried, the Building InspectC~ was auth~ize~ to investigate the leaks
mud to have s~ repaired in a satisfactory
