The 0ouncil met purs,,e~t to adjournment in the Council Chamber of the City Hall on
the above shown date with Mayor Done presiding. The meeting was called to order at
7 o'clock P. Mo P~esent: ~11 members.
R,~R AIRORAFT CORPORATION,,: Er. Rokr of the Rohr Aircraft 0orporation appeared
before the Oouncil and briefly told the plA~e of his 0o~pany in establishing a factory
in Chula Vista. In dismussing the option for purchase of an additional ten acres he
assured the Council that this additional acreage would be used for plant expansion by
the Rohr Aircraft Oorporation only but would not ~ke any definite pro~ise as to the
type or number of buildings they would place on this plot.
RESOLUTION NO. 5?9: Cl. Paxton offered ~solution NO. 579,.~ This is a resolution
releasing cex~ain re-~1 preper~y from option. The resolution was read in full and was
passed, adopted and approved by th~ following vote. to-wit: Ayes: Olmen. Paxton,
Perkins, Done. Howe, Dup~ee. Noes:: None. Absent: None.
AD$~: Upon motion by Gl. Dupree, seconded by 01. Paxton, which carried,
the meeting was adjourned sine die.
