for t~d purchase of i.[attoon bonds and the supplemental problem of tax settlements,

li~s been working in au advisory cap~city was present and stated that inasmuch as the
Co~nittee and the City ~ttoz~ey ~.ind others had encountered so many difficulties and had
overcome the m~jority of them that it would seem a shmue if the settlement could not be
co~pleted. The City Attorney advised that the Co,~ucil instruct him to brir. c, if
necessary, a quiet title action on behalf of i.M. B~rnes i~ l,~om the title st present
rests agninst the outstanding property owners who have failed to execute water right
conveyances mud upon motion by Cl. Tigons, seconded by Cl. Howe, which carried, the
City Attorney was so instructed to do if necessary.
