Subject: Case No DR21-0032 517 Shinohara Lane Site
Hello Mr. Romero, I hope this message finds you well,
My name is Hector Lizarraga, I am the owner of the closest unit to the proposed 517 Shinohara Lane site on the North
Side.
I went through the documents to some degree but perhaps you could help me/us review the key points which could
impact the residential neighbors, I hope to attend the upcoming hearing of 6/26123 and wanted to forward a couple of
questions prior to the meeting:
1. Please detail the specific "effects" which were identified by the Director of Development Services,
2. Please detail the specific modifications and agreements reached to mitigate the potential "effects' by VWP-OP
Shinohara, LLC.
3. What levels were determined to be "not significant" for each concern by the Director of Development Services / VWP-
OP Shinohara, LLC, and what levels were approved.
4. Please indicate the noise levels (not assoclated with construction which are understood) which may affect the
residences adjacent to the new manufacturing site. Especially during the evening and night time (second 8 third
shifts).
5. Please indicate the emissions if any which may affect the residents.
6. Please indicate any smalls if any which may be expected.
7. Please indicate the levels of security risks or improvements.
Thankyou
Best regards
Hector Lizarraga
