council, after discussion, u~on motion by Gl. ~rown, ascended by Cl. Lyons, whioh serried,
ordered the building to set hash ~4 feet frc~ Madison Avenue, to eca~ly with the ordinance.
Im the disPAssion, it developed that the sopris tank is already installed, and plaoing the
building where it is c~dered, will require a new looation for the septio tenk.

Floodberg, for street purposes, at the last regular meeting of this 0ouneil, it was deoided
to wait until the next meeting, when the city attorney stated he would have a realese of
