NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON TUESDAY,
MAY 14 , 2002 , AT 3 :45 P .M. IN THE CITY ATTORNEY' S LIBRARY,
LOCATED AT CITY HALL, 276 FOURTH AVENUE, CHULA VISTA,
CALIFORNIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
1 . Roll Call .
2 . Approval of the Minutes of March 19, 2002 .
3 . Complaint Regarding Recruitment and Hiring Procedures in the
City Attorney' s Office .
4 . Review of Chula Vista Municipal Code Section 2 . 28 . 150A.
5 . Comparison of Chula Vista' s Code of Ethics and San Diego' s
Code of Ethics .
6 . Status of Board of Ethics' Role Being Published in the

7 . Oral Communications - This is an opportunity for the general
public to address the Board of Ethics on any subject matter
