port the ln~peotion ~loh had been made by tho building inspector on t~ oau~e and re~-
o~y to eor~eot leak~ in the basement of the library building. Mr. t~ioe reoc~=aended the
construction of a cement ·pron on the outside of th~ library walls, whieh will prevent
water f~ seeping through the ground into the bae~nt; he ~ntionod other leaks in
the roof~ of the building~ but estimated the soot of repairs for all the w~x.k mentioned.
