Ordinanee No. 249 was plaeed on its second aha final reading. It warn read and warn in the
same fo~m as when given its fl~st reading at the meeting of this Council, held Deeember
16, 1935. It was paane~, adopte~ and approved, am read, by the following vote, to-wit:
