He explaine~ that it would be u~eless for San Diego to close these places at an hour earlier than the outlaying cities of the 0ounty~ aa when S~u Diego clewed, the people in eueh places would drive to outlaying placse~ thue increasing the traffice haza~ of drunken drivers. Upon motion by Gl. Lyons, seconded by 01. Brown, which carried, the clerk was instructed to sand this paper to the ~ office, in San Diego, asking if that office will consider the matter as a W~ project. BTTM PAID: Upon motion by Ol.
