In the matter of ~mailes Park ~ewer, the City Attorney stated that the
p~e]~m~nayT w~k having been finished by the City Attorney, it was now a question
of bi~ by a contractor ~4 acceptance by the property owners. In this, the
city woul~ not pam'tisipate, only to the extent of coopereting with beth the
contractor and the property o~xers to bring about co~letion of the project;

The City attorney asked if any progress had been ma~e regax~li~g e~ extension

In referring to the tax rate of 78 centre, Mr;Lyn~s stated he ha~ quoted
this figure as a maximum, ond that the actual rate might be lemm. ~ C~y
