1. CALL TO ORDER
Co-Chair Jankowski called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Adrianna Hernandez called the roll.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Public comments were received from Margaret Baker.
Written public comments were distributed from Norah Shultz, Seth Hall, and Margaret Baker.
An e-comment was received from Nancy Relaford.
4. BUSINESS ITEMS
4.1. Receive and file meeting summaries
The summary of the August 1, 2022 meeting was received and filed.
5. WORK SESSION
5.1. Work Session #3
Jeremy Ogul presented the draft recommendations. A member of each of the following
subcommittees presented their work: procurement, privacy advisory board, use policies, data, privacy
oversight and transparency, information security. Task force members provided a wide range of
comments on various aspect of the draft recommendations.
Dennis Gakunga provided comments at the invitation of the chair.
Gary Halbert provided comments at the invitation of the chair.
An e-comment was received from Margaret Baker.

Additional public comments were received from Nicolas Paul and Margaret Baker.
