This was placed upon it's second reading upon motion by CounciLman Riesland, seconded by Councilman Nashold, and carried. ~ter reading of the title, the text being in the same form as when placed on it's first reading, it was moved by Councilman Riesland, seconded by Councilman Nashold, and carried, that further reading of the text be waived° The Ordinance was passed, adopted, and approved by the following vote to-wit: Ayes: CounciLmen Riesland, Nashold, Dyson, Koester Noes: None Absent: CounciLman Kidder ORDINANCE Noo 397 Authorizing the I~ayor to sign an agree~nt with the State of California for participation in the State EN~ployees Retirement System This was placed upon it's second reading upon motion by CounciLw~an Nashold, seconded by Councilman Dyson, and carried° The title having been read and the text being in the same form as when placed on it's first reading it was moved by Councilman ~.ashold, seconded Joy CounciLman Dyson, and carried thRt further reading of the ~ext be waived° The Ordinance was passed, adopted and ~pproved by the following vote to-wit: Ayes: Council~en ~ashold, Dyson, Koester, Riesland Noes: None Absent: Kidder RESOLTUION No. 961 Accepting Easement over property ovmed by ~J~.
