Lteeting called to order at 7:00 o'clock, P. M. PL~SJ~G CO~2SIOll ~CO.,.,~I0}~. TLe Pla~ing Co~Eission reco~ended that, due to the ~biscus pl~ts having been pried since the freeze, they be left but be kept p~ed so that they do not obst~ct the sid~mlks. They also reco~ended that the Easterly 125 feet of Block A of Central ~dition be ch~ged from the A zone to the B zone. ~is territory covers that part oF 4th avenue from F Street to ~dson's Street. Upon motion by C1. Rife,~conded by Cl. ~, which carried, the Co~cil adopted the reco~endation of the Pl~ing ~o~rdssi~n in regard to the Zone chEge ~d upon ~otion by Cl. Rife, seconded by Cl. Boltz, which carried, the City Attorney was inst~cted to draw up an ordin~ce N~ing said ch~ge ~d to have ready for first reading for~e ~ ~ ~ ~ ' t · ~eet~oo of ~ ~ ~h~ ~e Hibiscus ~tter was left to the disc~tion of the Street Co~sioner~ ~D~C~TI01i 0F ~JOi~J'S C~O~. ~e clerk ~ad ~ letter f~m ~s.
