M. pursuant to the waiver of notice on file herein, with the fol- lowing members present: Councilmen Koester, Rieslaud, Dyson, Eldder. Absent: Councilman Nashold. SEWER - VISTA DEL SOL SUBD±v'ASTON Mr. Lloyd Lee, subdivider of Vista del Sol, was present to request that he be allowed to run the sewer down the Easterly side of First Avenue, adjoining Vista del Sol, rather than down the middle as originally pl-~ed. It was moved by Council- m~n Dyson, seconded by COtl!~Cilm-~ Riesland, and carried, that the request be grouted. ~.01~INANOEN0, 414 Ox'd, No, 158 and Ord, No, 284 and 350 Amending repealing Raises rates for sewer connections. It was moved by Councilman Riesl~n~, seconded by Councilman Dyson, and carried, that Ordinance No. &14 be placed on its first reading. The Ordinance was thereupon read in full. /PLANNING CO~ISSION - Appointment of members under the new Charter. It was moved by Councilm~n Riesland, seconded by Councilman Kidder, amd carried, that Mr. F. C. Lincoln be appointed a me~ber of the Pl~anning Corem1 ssion. It was moved by Councilman Dyson, seconded by Oounc]l~ Riesland, and carried, that Members Irey, Davis, Cloyed, Fisher and Walton be reappointed as members of the Planning C~,,,~1 esion o It was moved by Councilmam Riceland, seconded by Councilman Kidder, and carried, that Mr. W. F. White be appointed a mez~ber of th& p~-~ning Commission. It was moved by Council~n Rlesland, seconded by Collnsilm~ Dyson, and carried, that Councilman Kidder be appointed 0ouncil representative to the pl, nning Commission. ~jREOR~A~iON C0~$SION - 0ouncil representative. It Was moved by Council~.~ Riesland, seconded by 0ouncilm-u Kidder, and carried, that Counci~m~n Dyson be appointed Council representative to the Recreation Comiselon. ~LIBR~it BOARD - Appointm~ent of members under the new Charter. was moved by Oouncilmam Dyson, seconded by Counci!w~ Riesland, and carried, that the present library board consisting of E. Winn Kimmore, Ethelind Davies, Yoseph Rindone, Gretchen Lynds, and Harold Rs Baker be reappointed ss members of the Library Board. Civi~SERI~ICE C0~iSSION ~t was moved by Councilman Riesland, seconded by Councilman Kidder, a~d carried, that George Cornell smd Elizabeth Gelligam be reappointed as members of the Civil Service The names of Lawrence C. Kuebler, Lloyd Lee and Richard Higgs were submitted by George Cornell and Elizabeth Galligan as nominees for the remaining post on the Civil Service Boar~. It was moved by Councilman Koester, seconded by COuncilm~ Kidder, amd carried, that Lawrence C. Kuebler be appointed a member of the Civil Service Commission.
