Held Friday, June 2, 1950
The Co~cil ~et in the Council Chambers at 2:00 o'clock,
on June 2~ ~9~0, with the following me~ber~ present: Co~c[l~en Kidder,
Riesland~ Logan and DeWolfe. Absent~ 10ne
At 2:00 otclock~ P.M., the Mayor announced that this is the time
and place fixed for the continued hearing on protests, objections or appeals
concerning that certain sanitary sewer work done under the Improvement Act
of 1911 and Resolution No. 1037 of this Council.
Certain written communications or appeals were read aloud. Fol-
lowing the reading of each the person filing it or his representative was
given an opportunity to appear and be heard. Among the communications
which were presented were those of the following persons:

A number of persons appeared and made statements or asked questions.
The questionS were answered by Mr. Knights, Mr, Barton and otherS.

All communications which had been presented at the hearing on
June 1~ 1950, were presented again and all persons desiring to be heard
thereon were heard.
The Clerk presented to the Council all written communications
or appeals which had bee~ received in connection with the assessment or
proceedings.
Ail persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heal. lo
Motion was made by Councilman DeWolfe, seconded by Councilman
Riesland and unanimously carried that the hearing be continued to 7:00
o'clock, P~M~, June 14, 1950, in the Council Chambers in the City Hallo
Motion was made by Councilman DeWolfe, seconded by Councilman
Riesland and unanimously carried that the meeting adjourn to 7:00 o'clock,
June 14, 1950.
