RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CHULA
VISTA TRACT NO. 01-1lA, OTAY RANCH VILLAGE 11,
NEIGHBORHOOD R-23, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the developer has executed a Supplemental Subdivision Improvement
Agreement to satisfy remaining conditions of Resolutions 2001-364 and 2003-231.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista
does hereby approve the Supplemental Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Chula Vista
Tract No. 01-11, Otay Ranch Village 11, Neighborhood R-23, a copy of which shall be kept on
fde in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
