Present: Councilmen Riesland, Logan, De6Jolfe Absent: Councilmen Hobel, Halferty APPOINTMENT OF CITY ATTORNEY Attorney Albert C. Boyer stated that his resignation heretofore submitted was withdrawn and offered to continue to serve at a fee ofw50O.O0 per month. It was moved by Councilman DeWolfe, seconded by Councilman Logan and carried, by the following vote, th&t the prior acceptance of Mr. Boyer's resignation be withdrawn and that he be retained as City attorney at a fee of 000.00, effective June 1, 1952. AYES Councilmen DeWolfe, Logan, Riesland HUES Councilmen None ABSENT Councilmen Hobel, Halferty At this time Councilman Halferty joined the meeting.
