Chief AMm~nistrative Offieer Bryant asked the Council if they wished

City Engineer Floyd meet Saturday, May 2nd at 8:00 A.M in the park to study
what might be the best plan to follow in util/~ing the Park to the best

Chief Administrative Officer Bryant stated the City appraisal on
the McCausland property w~s $19,500.00, or $500.00 less than the appraisal
made for Mrs. McOausland. The Chief Administrative Officer recommended that

Mrs. McCausland stating that if she preferred to keep the property for a few
years, it would be satisfactory to the City, as the City was not in a position
