Also Present: City Administrator Floyd, Principal Civil Engineer Johnson ~'~INAL MAP - Marmit Heights No. 2 It was moved by Councilman DeWolfe, seconded by Councilman Riesland and carried, that the final map and improvement plans of Marmil Heights Nc. 2 be accepted upon the execution by the owner of a contract with the City of Chula Vista for the installation of improve~ents and the posting of a bond guaranteeing the performance thereof, which contract and guaranty sha/t be first approved by the City Attorney as to form and legality. RESOLUTION No. 1665 - Approving improvements agreement for Marmil Heights No. 2 Offered by Councilman DeWolfe, read in full, passed, adopted and approved by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Councilmen Rader, Halferty, Riesland, DeWolfe Nee s: None Absent: Councilman Hobel ~WINAL MAP - Chu~ Vista Hills It was moved by Councilman Riesland, seconded by Councilman DeWolfe, and carried that the final map and improvement plans of Chula Vista Hills be accepted upon the execution by the owner of a contract with the City of Chula Vista for the installation of improvements and the posting of a bond guaranteeing the performance thereof, which contract and guaranty shall be first approved by the City Attorney as to form and legality. The motion carried by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Councilmen Rader, H~l~erty, Riesland, DeWolfe No es: None Absent: Councilman Hobel RESOLUTION No. 1666 - Approving improvement agreement for Chula Vista Offered by Councilman DeWolfe, read in full, passed, adopted and approved by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Councilmen Rader, Halferty, Riesland, DeWolfe Noes: None Absent: Councilman Hobel ADTHORIZATION TO CHANGE TYPE OF SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION - Hobart Knolls City Administrator Floyd stated that it was his opinion that monolithic curb and sidewalk be constructed in the above subdivision rather than separate sidewa~lM and curb, to conform to the existing curb and sidewalk in Country Club Villas. It was moved by Councilma~ Riesland, seconded by Councilmmn Dewolfe and unant.~usly carried, that the map of Hobart Knolls be referred back to the planning Co,~ission for their recommendation. ADJOUR~ It was moved by Counc~lm-u DeWolfe, seconded by Councilman Rieslm~d and unanimously carried, that the meeting adjourn, sine die.
