Subject: Oppose Item 7.2 - Protect Our Homes and Community
Warning:
External As a Chula Vista homeowner and taxpayer, I oppose Item 7.2. The ordinance harms our community by
Email violating our private property rights, enables bad and criminal behavior, encourages frivolous lawsuits, and
reduces the value of our homes. Chula Vista doesn't need to copy ordinances from the cities of Los Angeles and San
Francisco. The City shouldn't require that property owners pay off criminal squatters and attorneys in order to move
back into their own home. Please vote NO on City Agenda Item 7.2 and listen to Chula Vista residents.
