M. in the Council Chambers at the City Hall on the above date, pursuant to "Consent for Holding Special Meeti~", signed by all Council Members, with the following Co'~ueilman present: Councilmen Smith, Mansell, DeWolfe Absent: Councilmen Rader, DeGraaf Also present: City Administrator Wade Resolution No. 1810 Requesting negotiation for property in Hilltop Village Offered by Councilm~u Nansell, read in full, passed, adopted and approved by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Councilmen smith, Mansell, DeWolfe Noes: None Absent: Councilm~n Rader, DeGraaf Adjournment Mayor Smith adjourned the meeting sine-die.
