Dear Solana at Grand Resident(s):
We are pleased to advise you that, effective today, Solana at Grand has been sold to CMFA Special Finance Agency.
Greystar California, Inc as well as our onsite team will continue to manage and serve the residents of Solana at Grand.
Solana at Grand is now also part of the California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA), Essential Housing Program. The
purpose of the Essential Housing Program is to provide rental savings for households that make between 80% of area
median income, 100% of area median income and 120% of the area median income.

To qualify for the program the eligible range of incomes is $XX,XXX to $XXX,XXX, dependent upon household size.
Households that income qualify for the program will be eligible for rental savings upon the expiration of their existing
lease. Existing residents will be notified 60 days prior to their current lease expiration. To find out if you qualify for the
program, please reach out to one of the members of the Solana at Grand Leasing team on site for additional information.
In addition to providing rental saving to households that qualify for the Essential Housing Program, our ownership and
management team of Solana at Grand are excited to continue providing our residents with the highest quality service and
living experience possible. We want to ensure that as we make the transition we are living up to our mission, “Redefining
Excellence in Apartment Living.”
Security Deposits: Any security deposit you made at the time you signed your Lease Contract has been transferred
to CMFA Special Finance Agency, who is solely responsible for returning any security deposit to which you are entitled at
the termination of your lease. All terms of your current lease contract remain in full force and will not be affected by the
transfer of ownership and management.
Rent Payments: If you have automatic/recurring payments or process payments through an online portal, you will need
to discontinue use immediately. December 1, 2021, rent payments can be made directly to the leasing office in the form of
a personal check or cashier’s check, made out to Solana at Grand or CMFA Special Finance Agency, during regular
business hours. New online payment options will be available to you shortly and you will be notified accordingly.
