IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXECUTIVE ORDER, THE PUBLIC MAY VIEW THE MEETING ONLINE AND NOT IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS. The commenting period will be open shortly after the agenda is published for a particular meeting and will remain open through the meeting, as described below. RESOLUTION OF THE SAFETY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA RECOMMENDING THAT THE CHULA VISTA CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISH A SPEED LIMIT ON BONITA GLEN DRIVE BETWEEN BONITA ROAD AND THE CHULA VISTA CITY LIMIT OF 25 MPH, AND THAT SCHEDULE X OF THE REGISTER MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THIS SPEED LIMIT Staff recommendation: Commission adopt the resolution. 2. RESOLUTION OF THE SAFETY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA RECOMMENDING THAT THE CHULA VISTA CITY COUNCIL INCREASE THE EXISTING SPEED LIMIT ON BIRCH ROAD BETWEEN LA MEDIA ROAD AND EASTLAKE PARKWAY FROM 45 MPH TO 50 MPH, AND THAT SCHEDULE X OF THE REGISTER MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THIS SPEED LIMIT Staff recommendation: Commission adopt the resolution. 3.
