State law generally prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking action on any issue not included on the agenda, but, if appropriate, the Commission may schedule the topic for future discussion or refer the matter to staff. Comments are limited to three minutes. 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: DECEMBER 5, 2018; FEBRUARY 6, 2019; MAY 1, 2019; AND JUNE 5, 2019 2. RESOLUTION OF THE SAFETY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AN ALL- WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF F STREET AND WOODLAWN AVENUE, AND TO ACCORDINGLY AMEND SCHEDULE II OF THE REGISTER OF SCHEDULES MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER 3. RESOLUTION OF THE SAFETY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA RECOMMENDING THAT THE CHULA VISTA CITY COUNCIL INCREASE THE EXISTING SPEED LIMIT ON PASEO DEL REY BETWEEN EAST ‘H’ STREET AND EAST. ‘J’ STREET FROM 35 MPH TO 40 MPH, AND THAT SCHEDULE X OF THE REGISTER MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THESE SPEED LIMITS 4.
