HIGHLAND AVENUE AKIN~EXATICN Administrative Analyst Ross reported that due fo a conflict in boundaries o~ fha proposed Highland Avenue Annexation with that of National Cifyts Sweefwater Annexation if would be necessary fo delete a porflon of the annexation lying within ~B" Street, said portion being less than 5~ of thc area proposed fo be annexed. Attorney Edward Sfrop~ representing opponents of the annexatlon~ submitted a letter of objection from Allen Olson, owner of property ouf- side but adjoining the proposed annexation. REQUEST FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PARKWAY John Murphy, 569 Parkway~ asked the Council what could be done to get Parkway Improved {or the ~ull width in the 500 block. City Engineer Floyd suggested fhaf he get a petition From others in the area interested In having the street Improved.
