NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That this City Council hereby designates and sets aside a perpetual right-of-way for street and public utility purposes through, in, on, across, over, under and above the real property described in said Exhibit "A". SECTION 2. That said right-of-way is to continue in full force and effect so long as said property is used for the above stated purposes and uses and until such time that said right-of-way has been lawfully vacated or abandoned by the duly constituted public authorities, at which time said property shall revert to the person, persons or entity entitled thereto. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego evidencing this action. SECTION 4. That said designation and setting aside shall be effective upon the filing of said certified copy in the official records of San Diego County.
