Replace Enclosure C with the revised Enclosure C and add Enclosure Q, attached.
The land use amendments will require Council to adopt an ordinance. Enclosure C has been updated to identify
that both a Resolution and Ordinance will be considered by Council. Enclosure Q provides the Draft City Council
Ordinance.
