Process for Seat Qualification Changes Changing seat assignments would not extend a member’s termserve out the remainder of their termIf a member did not qualify for new seat, they
would be entitled to intent of causing the least disruption and movement of membersCity Clerk proposes new seat assignments for Council approval with the Proposed process:Based appointment;
