All votes were taken by roll call. CALL TO ORDER A Regular Meeting of the Board of Library Trustees of the City of Chula Vista was called to order at 4:03 p.m. in the Civic Center Library, located at 365 F Street, Chula Vista, California and by teleconference. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Trustees Moreno, Rubel, Swanson, and Chair Ellison ABSENT: None ALSO PRESENT: City Librarian Whatley, Principal Librarian Magbanua, Principal Librarian Sannwald, and Board Secretary Cheung PUBLIC COMMENTS Chair Ellison called for a two-minute pause to allow members of the public to submit any final electronic public comments.
