Subject:Absence Tonight 12/14
Hi Erwin,
Tonight, I sincerely apologize I will not be able to make it. I have a work meeting tonight which will be in
conflict with our meeting. I had scheduled time for our meeting, thinking it was at 5pm. After speaking with
Erwin our meeting was scheduled for 6pm.
It is a mistake on my part and I am not able to switch around my schedule. It has been a very rough season
trying to shift and pivot my company with all the closures & regulations.
I do hope to see you all in 2021.
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas to you all
Tanya Rodriguez

Subject:Re: CAC Agenda and Minutes for 12-14-2020
Unfortunately I’ve got some family obligations tonight that will prevent me from attending the meeting. I
would like to be on the asset mapping sub committee. Also an update on the port commission: after a 6.5
hour meeting we picked Jenny Sabin as the artist for the park.
