He looks like a really nice, friendly dog. Is WOO woo his name? Do you have
the help? I am informing Jill of your need. Perhaps she can get some more info
from developer.

no the boat closest to street is done, getting all cleaned up and is back to being shiny, took me 4
years to overhaul that boat and the one left is 6 years and I only have 2500 production hours left or
1.5 man years which if I could keep 4 guys can knock that out in 3 or 4 months. I should call you
mother theresa, your a saint. Your horse must be well cared for, attached is my horse
Thank you, please have a wonderful day.

I am sheltering in place -other than going to ranch to ride my horse or visit him every
morning. It was announced at meeting for project that they had 'til June, Direct Access
had moved and Hawthorn bought property. They did not mention you or Kleen who is in
a tough spot since he has to be right next to trolley tracks.
Is that a rental boat that is moving or did you finish one of your boats? Council is
meeting now. I will send this to Jill who is one who talked to developer about your
situation. Maybe she will ask him again.

it is so good to hear from you. ive nothing in writing from James Omally saying I could finish boat,
except he said more than likely then made me send letter saying I had been taken care of. Im
wondering how you knew they have until June, I met scott presley the seller and he said he got his
entire 10 million. Right no all communications from developer to tenants has stopped according to
seller who has said all the tenants told him its dead silence and no where to send rent.
Its been super pressure trying to worry about everything and working in a yard thats going to be
bulldozed makes it pointless to clean and make pretty and nice to work in. Its very depressing. The
just is so few yard spaces, looks like my boat career must go all the way to alpine to be able to get
what we had here for same price.
I do however thanks to your statement have a council member who asked developer if boat builder
could finosh and you said he said yes, on record. Thats all I have on him but if this delays more most
likely they will write deals with us. Its 42 grand a month rent Scott collected thats just sitting there this
month.
Covid is killing my production and supply channel. Making things go so slow. I hope they disapprove
they are advertising through peter quinn to renbt entire area but thats probably just to make peter get
more calls.
Your right, there is a majopr storm water sewer right under neath one of our boats and I have
protected it like the surfrider member I am. I have spills kits around it and boat thats over it is 100%
inactive and is leaving monday by big big truck. Your so cool to have helped me, god bless your heart
Thank you, please have a wonderful day.

Greg,
How are your boats coming along? Southwest Containers has been given until June to
relocate.
The developer's project is coming to council tonight for approval, but their are a few
problems requiring a lot of variances, which I am hoping they don't approve. . The
Planning Commission approved it, but the council has not yet. It took so long because
they need to put in their own sewer pump since both MTS and the school district refused
to let them access their property to reach a sewer pump on their properties. It really is a
too dense project for that site.
I said that in intense rain the water comes up from the outlets on the property and
floods the area. I hope that is true. The telegraph Canyon Creek in in two pipe crossing
that property and they have to leave a 45 foot easement, but their drainage will be to
those drains plus some additional ones and I believe in an El Nino year they will cause
flooding which developer has not taken into account. I am hopeful this might delay the
project some more.
