Pursuant to the Governor of the State of California's Executive Order N-29-20, and in the interest of public health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the Chula Vista
Municipal Code Section 2.25.050(D) Interview Panel of the City of Chula Vista and staff participated in this meeting via teleconference. All votes were taken by roll call.
CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the Chula Vista Municipal Code Section 2.25.050(D) Interview Panel of the City of Chula Vista was called to order at 2:03 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room C-103,
located in Building A, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California and by teleconference.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Panelists Stephanie Teel and Todd Glanz
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: DCA III Simon Silva and Secretary Marisa Aguayo
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Panelist Teel called for a two-minute pause to allow members of the public to submit any final electronic public comments. Secretary Aguayo announced that no electronic comments had
been received and no comments had been received via email.
ACTION ITEMS
DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON INTERVIEW PROCESS, INCLUDING DETERMINING MANNER OF APPEARANCE FOR INTERVIEW BY APPLICANTS (I.E. PRE-RECORDED VIDEO; VIRTUAL INTERVIEW; WRITTEN STATEMENT; TELEPHONE
CALL; ETC.), TIME ALLOTTED FOR EACH INTERVIEW, AND OTHER SIMILAR PROCESSES FOR THE CONDUCT OF INTERVIEWS.
DCA III Simon Silva gave a presentation on the item. Panel agrees on consensus to proceed in the same manner as the panel before did.

us?”
