RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE RESTATED PARCEL MAP
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED BY SAID AGREEMENT FOR
CHULA VISTA TRACT NO. 01-14, VILLAGE CENTER
NORTH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the developer has requested and City has agreed to allow a substitution of
certain real property to secure developer's obligations to install certain improvements as to Chula
Vista Tract No. 01-14.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a certain restated parcel map
improvement agreement dated the 19th day of August, 2003, a copy of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City.
