Dear Project Manager Jeff Steichen,
We are owners of the property at in Chula Vista. We received a letter from
the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista regarding the proposed development at 1350
Industry Boulevard. We have no complaints whatsoever about the upcoming project and
welcome our new neighbors to our little corner of the world. However, there is one potential
impediment. There is a fence that currently sits between the properties on Ada Street that abut
the property on Industrial Boulevard. We heard from our neighbors that this fence is not actually
on the property line and may actually be several feet onto the properties on Ada Street. We
would like to know if Muraoka Enterprises will be reviewing and redrawing the actual property
line. We know that property disputes can become very contentious and we would like to keep all
matters amicable. Although we 19ok forward to this upcoming project, as property owners,we
must defend our rights.
