Home My WebLink AboutReso 1986-12362 RESOLUTION NO. 12362 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND DATA PHASE CORPORATION TO CONTINUE THE AUTOMATED LIBRARY SYSTEM AND ALLOW CHULA VISTA TO PROVIDE AUTOMATED LIBRARY SERVICES TO NATIONAL CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENTS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain agreements between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and Data Phase Corporation, to continue the automated library system and allow Chula Vista to provide automated library services to National City Public Library, dated the 4th day of February, 1986, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreements for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
