RESOLUTION APPROVING DR. PETER CONNORS AS A SUBCONSULTANT
TO WETLANDS RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE
ENHANCEMENT PLANNING STUDY AND AUTHORIZING
A $920 CONTRACT AMENDMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista hereby resolves as
follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Wetlands Research Associates,
Inc. contract; and,
WHEREAS, City staff was directed to return with a proposed subcon-
sultant for endangered species work; and,
WHEREAS, Dr. Peter Connors was proposed as the endangered species
consultant by Wetlands Research Associates, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, a contract amendment for an additional $920 in compensa-
tion and expenses would be required for this subconsultant change requested
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves
Dr. Peter Connors as the endangered species subconsultant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes and directs
the Mayor to execute the $920 Wetlands Research Associates, Inc. contract
amendment attached hereto.

AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND WETLANDS RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC.
FOR CHANGE IN ENDANGERED SPECIES SUBCONSULTANT
This Amendment to the Agreement, made and entered into this
llth day of February 1986, by and between the City Council of the City
of Chula Vista, hereinafter called "City" and Wetlands Research Asso-
ciates, Inc., hereinafter called "Consultant" is for the purpose of
providing an additional $920 for increased hourly rates and travel
expenses resulting from a subconsultant change requested by the City.
The City and Consultant do hereby mutually amend the existing
contract to include an additional $920 in compensation and expenses for
the endangered species subconsultant.
